I can see the fruit-pulp on the bottom of the bottle: The valuable pulp of the K´atú - fruit retreats like every other natural beverage after a short time on the ground - like at a home-made apple juice.

Is there an ideal temperature for consuming K'atú?   -  The optimal drinking temperature amounts 7 ° C (or just well cooled from the refrigerator).
